Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Return Policy Overview
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused, unassembled with original packaging and tags
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Cutlery & Knives (all cooking knives and utensils)
- Personal care items that contact the body
- Custom/personalized products
Exception: Damaged or defective items will be replaced regardless of these restrictions.
How to Return an Item

- Pack Securely: Include all original packaging, components, and a copy of your order confirmation

Refund Process
- Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original product
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll be invoiced or refunded accordingly)
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or duties on returned items
- We recommend using trackable shipping with insurance
- Refunds are issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
