At Elvedes Shop, we stand behind our gravel and bikepacking gear just like we stand behind every component we ship. If your adventure gear isn’t meeting your expectations, we’ll make it right with our straightforward returns process.
Our Return Commitment
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. All returns must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags. For your safety and ours, certain items cannot be returned (see section below).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all needed information.
- Wait for Authorization: Our gear specialists will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 1 business day.
- Package Securely: Pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all included components. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Back: Send the package to our Fort Worth facility using a trackable shipping method. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original product.
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cutlery & Knives: All cooking knives and utensils for hygiene reasons
- Personal Care Items: Any items that come into direct contact with the body
- Custom/Personalized Items: Products made to your specifications
Note: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately – we’ll make it right regardless of these restrictions.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or duties on returned items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations.
