How do I choose between bikepacking backpacks and bike travel bags?

Do you offer warranties on components?
All components come with manufacturer warranties against defects. Given our trail-testing process before shipping, warranty claims are rare but handled promptly when they occur. Specific warranty periods vary by product category.
What if my braking components arrive damaged?

When will I get my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Expedited orders typically update within 2 hours on carrier systems, while EMS may take up to 48 hours to show initial movement.
